Delete Your Account

We're sorry to see you go. Here's how to delete your account and data.

Important: Account deletion is permanent

Once your account is deleted, all your data including your profile, children profiles, location history, usage reports, chat messages, and all other associated data will be permanently removed from our servers. This action cannot be undone.

What Gets Deleted

When you request account deletion, the following data will be permanently removed:

  • Your parent account profile and personal information
  • All children profiles linked to your account
  • Location history and geo-fence settings
  • Screen time data and usage reports
  • App blocking rules and parental control settings
  • Chat messages and communication history
  • Notification preferences and alert settings
  • Subscription and payment records (where applicable)

How to Delete Your Account

You can delete your account using one of the following methods:

Method 1: In-App

  1. 1Open the Keep Track Of Parent App on your device
  2. 2Go to Settings from the home screen
  3. 3Tap on “Account” or “Profile”
  4. 4Scroll down and tap “Delete Account”
  5. 5Confirm your identity and approve the deletion

Method 2: Via Email

  1. 1Send an email to info@kto.solutions
  2. 2Use the subject line: “Account Deletion Request”
  3. 3Include your registered email address and full name
  4. 4Our team will verify your identity
  5. 5Account will be deleted within 7 business days

Processing Time

In-app deletion requests are processed immediately. Email deletion requests are typically processed within 7 business days. After deletion is initiated, your data will be permanently removed from our servers within 30 days. During this period, your account will be deactivated and inaccessible.

Before You Delete

If you're experiencing issues with the app, please consider reaching out to our support team at info@kto.solutions before deleting your account. We may be able to help resolve your concerns. If you have an active subscription, please cancel it through your app store before deleting your account to avoid future charges.
