1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the Keep Track Of application (“KTO”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Services. These terms apply to both the Parent App and the Child App, as well as any associated websites and services.

2. Eligibility

The Keep Track Of Parent App is intended for use by adults (18 years or older) who are parents or legal guardians. The Child App is intended to be installed on a minor's device by their parent or legal guardian. By using our Services, you represent that you are a parent or legal guardian of the child whose device will be monitored, and that you have the legal authority to consent to the monitoring activities enabled by the app.

3. Account Registration

To use Keep Track Of, you must create an account by providing accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Services Description

Keep Track Of provides parental control and monitoring services including, but not limited to:

Real-time GPS location tracking and location history
Screen time monitoring and usage reports
App blocking and content filtering
Geo-fencing and safe zone alerts
SOS emergency alerts and driving safety features
Family chat and communication features
Remote camera and one-way audio monitoring

5. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

Use Keep Track Of only to monitor children for whom you are the legal parent or guardian
Not use the app for unauthorized surveillance or stalking of any person
Comply with all applicable local, state, and federal laws regarding monitoring
Keep your account information secure and up to date
Not attempt to reverse engineer, modify, or tamper with the application

6. Subscription & Payments

Some features of Keep Track Of may require a paid subscription. Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually). You may cancel your subscription at any time through your app store account settings. Refunds are subject to the refund policies of the respective app stores (Apple App Store or Google Play Store).

7. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, logos, and intellectual property associated with Keep Track Of are the exclusive property of Keep Track Of and its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on any part of our Services without our express written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

Keep Track Of provides its services on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee that our services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Keep Track Of shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services. Keep Track Of is a monitoring tool and does not replace direct parental supervision.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms and Conditions or engage in activities that are harmful to other users or our services. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting our support team or using the account deletion feature in the app.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. We will provide notice of material changes through the app or via email. Your continued use of the Services after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
